2. Description of the Service
Buddypreneur offers structured one-off working sessions for solo founders and solopreneurs. You book a session through our booking platform, participate in a video call, and receive a written summary afterward. The Service is designed to help you work through one specific business problem and leave with a concrete next step.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By booking a session, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
4. Booking and Sessions
4.1 Booking
Sessions are booked through Cal.com. When booking, you agree to provide accurate contact information and respond honestly to any intake questions. Booking a session constitutes agreement to these terms.
4.2 Session Conduct
Sessions are conducted via Google Meet or Zoom. You are expected to:
- Join the session on time
- Come prepared with one specific problem to work through
- Engage constructively in the session
4.3 Cancellation and Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule your session through the booking confirmation you receive. We ask for reasonable notice when possible. Since sessions are currently offered free of charge, no refund terms apply.
4.4 No-Shows
If you do not attend your booked session without prior notice, we reserve the right to limit future bookings.
5. Pricing
During the current validation phase, sessions are offered free of charge. If pricing is introduced in the future, we will clearly communicate any costs before you book. No charges will be applied without your explicit agreement.
6. Session Outcomes and Written Summary
After your session, you will receive a written summary by email. This summary reflects what was discussed and decided during the session.
Important: The summary and any guidance provided during the session represent the facilitator's perspective based on the information you share. They do not constitute professional advice (legal, financial, psychological, or otherwise). You are solely responsible for the decisions you make and the actions you take based on the session.
7. What This Service Is Not
Buddypreneur is not coaching, therapy, consulting, or professional advisory. It is a structured working session. No ongoing relationship or obligation is created by participating in a session.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 Our Content
The website design, branding, and content of buddypreneur.com are owned by Beezy Pro Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without permission.
8.2 Your Content
Any information you share during booking or in a session remains yours. We do not claim ownership of your ideas, plans, or business information. We use this information solely to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Confidentiality
We treat all information you share during booking and sessions as confidential. We will not disclose your business information to third parties or use it publicly without your permission. This does not apply to anonymized, aggregated insights that cannot be traced back to you.
10. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.
11. Communication and Follow-Up
After your session, we may follow up regarding your session outcomes or the availability of future sessions. For any communication beyond direct service follow-up, we will ask for your consent. You can opt out of follow-up communication at any time by contacting us.
12. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee specific outcomes from any session.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service
- We are not liable for decisions you make or actions you take based on session discussions
- Our total liability for any claims is limited to the amount you paid for the session (if any)
These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.
13. Service Availability
We strive to keep the website available and honor all booked sessions, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. In the unlikely event we need to cancel a session, we will notify you and offer rescheduling.
14. Third-Party Services
The Service relies on third-party platforms (Cal.com, Google Meet, Zoom). We are not responsible for their availability or performance. Your use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms of service.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date. For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you before they take effect.
16. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bulgaria. If you are an EU consumer, you retain the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
18. Entire Agreement
