When you book a session through our booking platform (Cal.com), we collect:

- Notes taken during the session
- The written summary delivered to you after the session
- Your communication preferences (whether you wish to be contacted for follow-up)
We do not record video or audio of sessions.
2.3 Technical and Analytics Data
When you visit our website, we collect anonymous analytics data through Umami, a cookieless analytics platform:
- Page views and referral sources (aggregated and anonymous)
- No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics
2.4 Communication Data
If you contact us by email, we retain the contents of your message, your email address, and our correspondence.

- Providing the Service — scheduling and conducting sessions, preparing and delivering your written summary
- Follow-up communication — contacting you about your session outcomes or future sessions. Direct service follow-up is based on legitimate interest; broader communication (e.g., updates about Buddypreneur) requires your consent

We use the following third-party services to operate Buddypreneur:
- Cal.com — session booking and scheduling; receives your name, email, and intake responses
- Google Meet / Zoom — video sessions; receives your name and email as meeting participants
- Umami — cookieless website analytics; receives only anonymous, aggregated page view data
- Vercel — website hosting; processes standard server logs

6. Cookies
We use minimal cookies:
- Theme preference cookie — stores your light/dark mode choice
- Locale cookie — stores your language preference
We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. Our analytics platform (Umami) is cookieless.
